.Our catering menus provide a wide array of choices whether you are having an intimate dinner for family or an awards banquet for 700. If you have something in mind that cannot be found on any of the menus, let us know and we can work up a specialized menu for your event.
Legend's has the ability to help you with any on-site event you have in mind. We have two event rooms which accomodate up to 40 or up to 80 We've been serving Norman's special events needs for fifty-five years and have gained the experience to make your event a success.
The East Room
Our private room in the Legend’s building serves up to 40. There is no charge for the room if at least 25 guests are having an adult meal. Room fee for smaller groups is $25 for each guest missing from a head count of 25. For groups larger than 15, we require the menu be limited to 4 entrees.
We print your limited menu on a mini-menu from which your guests order. You choose the limited menu from our dinner menu which is shown on this website.
Reserving the whole restaurant.
Since Legend’s opens at 5:00 daily, we offer the whole restaurant for daytime events. Birthdays, family gatherings, celebrations of life are a few occasions clients use this for.
Legend’s Times Two
Legend's Times Two is a stand-alone banquet and meeting facility located one building west of Legend's Restaurant at 1333 West Lindsey. It is frequently used for rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, receptions, training sessions, fundraisers, and other types of meetings and gatherings.
The atmosphere of the facility is similar to that of Legend's Restaurant with original artwork and a non-institutional atmosphere. The facility has its own kitchen and rest-rooms. Sixty inch round tables which seat from 6-10 guests are most frequently used. We also have six foot rectangular tables for other configurations. Legend's Times Two seats 80 comfortably. Please call for advice about stand up receptions.
Room Charge & Minimum Spending Requirements for Times Two
For Times Two there is a room charge of $300.00 which must be paid in advance and serves as a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date (this includes the building, tables, chairs, linens and china). We have minimum spending requirements in addition to the room charge which vary by the time of day and day of the week.

We can modify our style of service to suit your needs. We offer plated served meals, buffets, hors d’oeuvres, and more!
Liquor & Beverage Options
We can provide anything from tea and coffee to a fully stocked bar depending on your needs and budget. Non-alcoholic drinks range in price between $1.50-$1.75 per person. Wine and mixed drinks range from $7.00-$12 per glass. We charge $6 for domestic beer and $8 for import beer. Of course you may upgrade these options if you like.
If your event is outside our facilities, the minimum cost of a bar is $350 plus the cost of a bartender ($25/hour). We will not supply alcohol to a party where other free alcohol is provided to guests. We charge $5.00/person setup fee to serve your alcohol (Included in this is mixers, ice, plastic cups, bar fruit and equipment).
Servers & Fees
Food delivery costs $15-$25, depending on distance to location. Delivery and setup/pickup charges vary. Catered Event waiters are $20 - $25 /hr depending on experience. Our waiters are trained to handle all aspects of catering, setup, teardown, cleanup, bartending and total customer and guest service. Our hourly rate begins from the time the waiters arrive at the restaurant to pick up party orders to the estimated time of unloading at the restaurant after the event is over.
We can provide china, glassware, silverware and linens for your event. Prices depend on party size and product(s) provided.
